We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our Security Department as a Security Officer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, family-oriented Club environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that you offer consistent and high-quality experience to meet and exceed members’ needs through all security related activities offered at the Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the security team, protect and safeguard Club guests, suppliers, contractors and employees.
- Ensuring all Club assets and properties are always secured.
- Investigating and recording all reported security incidents.
- Proactively institute security controls and preventive measures where and when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Criminology and Security Management (Criminology)
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be a plus.
- Kenya Police training/Military/NYS will be a plus.
- Excellent investigative and report writing skills.
- Ability to implement and monitor security systems.
- Surveillance skills, customer service skills, first aid skills, and firefighting skills.
