Job Description
- The Sales Representative role is a critical position at mDoc, supporting our mission to transform healthcare.
- You will play a key role in building relationships, enrolling members on our CompleteHealth™ platform, and driving the adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Persuade prospective members to enroll with mDoc.
- Promote the mDoc brand through scheduled phone cadences.
- Convert assigned members to paying customers across various payment platforms.
- Achieve monthly patient enrollment targets.
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Identify members’ needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and determine pricing schedules for promotions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs and understand company offerings.
- Maintain client records and provide follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- University graduates with internship experience in sales, customer service, or retail are encouraged to apply.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in sales or customer interaction roles (preferred).
- Experience with outbound/inbound calls is a plus.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, handling phone, email, and chat communications.
- Experience in fast-paced, results-driven work environments.
- Flexibility to work occasionally on weekends.
