Role Description

As a Sales Representative at Burst Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for the company. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and present tailored digital solutions that drive results. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients across various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of each client and recommend personalized digital solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver clear, persuasive, and customized presentations to showcase our offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align on the best strategies and solutions for clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback using CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the digital, tech, or creative industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management systems is an advantage.
  • A passion for digital technology and an understanding of the digital solutions market.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience working with website development, SEO, or mobile app services.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in handling international clients or working remotely.
