Job Summary
As a Sales Representative at Step – Up HRMS you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by promoting our HRM system to potential clients and demonstrating the value it can bring to their organizations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our HRM system.
• Client Consultation: Understand clients’ HR needs and challenges, and tailor solutions that address their specific requirements.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the Business Development Manager.
Qualifications
• Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the software or HR technology industry. Startup experience is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Skills:
o Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
o Ability to understand and articulate complex HR technology concepts and solutions.
o Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
