About the position

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Officer to join our Commercial Department.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Operations Officer will be responsible for.-

  1. Provision of accurate demand forecasts
  2. Conducting, analyzing and reporting of monthly market execution KPIs Performance
  3. Tracking and reporting of Sales Force Automation
  4. Vendor management and negotiations
  5. Working with trade marketing officers to deploy commercial excellence tracking
  6. Championing the S& OP process together with supply chain partners to align on demand and supply flows to retail.
  7. Working closely with sales team project owners to generate project tracking KPIs and reporting tools
  8. Working with IT and Finance departments to maintain and update sales force automation, demand planning and market execution software.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing/relevant discipline

2. Must possess at least over five (5) years work experience in Sales Analysis and/or Business Planning within FMCG Industry

3. Three (3) years’ experience in either Data Management, Business Analysis, or Information Analytics

4. Relevant training in related Business or Statistics courses
