
Sales Operations Coordinator (NAKURU)
We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in overseeing and optimizing the performance of a dynamic sales team. In this role, the successful candidate analyze performance of over 150 field sales reps and a call center of 30+ reps, ensuring alignment with our company objectives.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for gathering and reporting sales data, managing KPIs, and enhancing operational efficiency across the sales department.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably with experience supporting large field and call center teams in the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and sales reporting.
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
