Job Summary/Objective:

The Sales Operations Coordinator at Kenafric Industries Limited will facilitate and optimize the sales process. This role aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by providing support in analytics, operations, and administration.

Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Coordinate and streamline sales operations to ensure smooth product distribution and customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses using PowerBi and Looker.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive sales performance.
    • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
    • Assist in the development and execution of sales plans and campaigns.
    • Support the sales team with administrative and logistical tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
      Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related area.
    • Proficient in PowerBi and Looker, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proven experience in a sales or sales operations role is preferred.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
