
PURPOSE:
To generate revenue for the department and company within the assigned markets or channels.
Build and manage strong relationships and partnerships within the assigned markets or channels.
Duty Station; Central, Western, Mid-Western, Northern, WestNile and Eastern
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the relationship officer and the link between CIC and the cooperative’s market.
- Sourcing for business (new & renewal) and servicing clients.
- Timely collection of loan schedules and delivery of policy documents and receipts to clients.
- Plan and carry out consumer education within the assigned markets and channels.
- Build and maintain strategic alliances for business growth with industry stakeholders.
- Constantly updating clients on new and existing products.
- Liaising with the various departments to ensure timely service delivery to the clients.
- Collect market Intelligence and prepare reports.
- Develop prompt quotation and tender document preparation by referring to the premium rates approved and product terms and delivering them to clients/intermediaries.
- Ensure compliance with the credit control policy through debt collection.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in any Field.
- One (1) year of experience in sales is required.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Positive Attitude.
- Team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
