We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth and enhance our market presence.

Qualifications:
- Working experience 2-3 years relevant experience in sales and marketing preferably in the healthcare sector and, or in an insurance company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition: Develop strategies and actively attract and acquire new clients, including healthcare providers and patients, through targeted marketing and relationship-building efforts.
- Brand Promotion and Awareness: Create and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the company’s visibility, communicate its value proposition, and position the brand effectively in the market.
- Sales Support and Strategy: Support the sales process by generating leads, managing client interactions, and providing insights and analysis to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
