We offer ICT and Craft Technical courses, to provide quality training that will empower our graduates with the skills needed for the modern productive workforce.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team, for the roles not reduced to these:
– Recruiting and registering ICT and Craft Trainees
– Boosting the publicity of ifiX and its Technical and Craft Short courses and TVET Long Courses
– Recruiting and retaining Sales Agents
– Training new and current staff
– Offer Sales and Marketing training sessions to trainees
– The ideal candidate will also manage our social media hubs, marketing page, and the Sales Agency team.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting their employment Targets: The ideal candidate will have a continual set of sales prospects and (irreducible minimum) sales conversions to meet.
Publicity and Marketing: Enhance the visibility of ifiX and our Technical short courses through various marketing strategies.
Sales Agents Recruitment and Retention: Continuously recruit new Sales Agents and retain current ones.
Train all Sales Agents to meet their students’ recruitment targets.
Staff Training: Train all staff members to ensure they meet their continuous students’ registration targets.
Social Media Management: Handle our social media hubs and marketing page, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
Sales Agency Management: Manage the Sales Agency team, set new targets, and monitor their progress in converting sales.
Invoicing and Targets: Oversee the invoicing for sales and targets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Sales and Marketing Course Training: Offer sales and marketing training to our trainees doing the sales and marketing course and sessions for other courses.
Compensation:
Performance-Based Pay: Once initial and recurrent targets are achieved, the Sales and Marketing Assistant will earn a monthly salary and commission based on the income generated from student registrations and tuition payments.
Workstation: A dedicated workstation at our front-of-the-house area.
Equipment: A works-stationed computer with internet access.
Communication: Airtel units for calling and SMS.
Qualifications:
Proven (and active) experience in sales and marketing.
Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and motivate a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM and other marketing tools, and accounting platforms.
