Sales Manager – Nairobi

At Food & Us, we are committed to delivering high-quality, nutritious products to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales operations across Nairobi region

• Develop and implement effective Distribution and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners

• Identify new business opportunities and grow market presence

• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product distribution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the FMCG industry.

• Should have experience in both General and Modern trade.

• Should be aged between 30 – 35 years old.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the bread segment
