Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B-2-B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B-2-B sector.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer handling capacity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Proven experience in B-2-B sales, preferably within the poaching industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
