Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B-2-B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B-2-B sector.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer handling capacity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Proven experience in B-2-B sales, preferably within the poaching industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
