Job Summary:
Talkio Mobile is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to develop and execute regional sales strategies. You’ll oversee staff, dealers, and franchisees, maximizing sales of prepaid airtime, devices, and digital services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead achievement of regional sales targets across all channels.
- Manage and expand Talkio Mobile’s retail network.
- Optimize distribution costs and channel partner efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective training programs.
- Ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction across retail outlets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing/Economics/Business Administration
- 5+ years of sales & distribution experience in telecom services or FMCGs
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & business tools
