Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role and the Sales Manager will be based in our offices at Mavuno Organics, Ruiru, Kenya.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, analyzing and enhancing existing sales strategies to optimize performance and improve market penetration, managing client relationships, and driving Mavuno’s sales growth by acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets across the EU and Asia.
Terms: Monthly salary with potential for commission upon hitting targets.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in sales.
- Degree/ diploma or postgraduate degree in sales and marketing professional training.
- First-hand experience and intimate knowledge of international fruit and vegetable export sales are preferable.
