REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- 4years experience and above in sales in the Real estate industry with atleast 2 years in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high performing sale team
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skills
- Excellent Time management skills
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry regulations
