
About the job
- Listen to and resolve customers’ complaints regarding products or services
- Inform regular customers of new products or services and price changes.
- Call on prospective customers in order to explain company services and to solicit new business.
- Visiting prospective customer location and pitching the products
- Ensure truck functions well, taking care of the truck and doing minor repairs
- Writing daily sales records
- Arrange merchandise and sales promotion displays, or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
- Maintain trucks and food-dispensing equipment and clean inside of machines that dispense food stuff.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
- Establish new market penetrations and new customer recruitment
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of industry sales experience.
- Familiarity with sales systems/software’s.
- Proven experience working in a FMCG industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to drive manual vehicles is an added advantage.
