REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Certificate, Diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service.
