Job Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients to promote Tier Data’s SaaS and ITaaS solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met and solutions are effectively implemented
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma in Sales and Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, ERP sales, software, or IT products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of SaaS and ITaaS solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
