Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in aluminum or related industries to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction sector, selling glass tempering solutions and related products to contractors, developers, and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and aluminum industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, aluminum fabricators, and developers.
- Provide technical insights to clients and assist in selecting the best glass solutions for their projects.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Promote and sell tempered glass products, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements
- A Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
- Knowledge of tempered glass applications, aluminum profiles, and construction materials is a plus.
- Proven sales experience in the glass tempering, aluminum, or construction industry.
- Strong network within the construction sector (architects, developers, contractors, or fabricators).
