About you:

You are a driven sales professional with a talent for identifying challenges faced by property owners and agents. You excel at positioning innovative technology as the solution to their needs. With a deep understanding of the B2B sales journey, you approach sales consultatively, guiding clients through complex, cross-functional decision-making processes.

What you will do:

  • Identify, qualify, pitch and close high-quality opportunities with prospects that meet our customer profile.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, using effective negotiation strategies to maximize deal value and secure wins.
  • Build a thorough understanding of the property management industry, including its challenges, decision-making processes, and pain points, to craft compelling business cases for adopting our technology.
  • Communicate the benefits of our technology solutions effectively to senior executives, demonstrating how we solve their specific problems and outshine competitors.
  • Conduct impactful demos, deliver persuasive presentations, and facilitate successful cross-functional meetings.
  • Act as a KODDI ambassador, showcasing expertise in our products and advocating for the transformative benefits of our platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in sales, marketing, IT, or a business-related field
  • 3 years’ relevant B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset

Compensation:

  • Commission-based
