Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales, building strong client relationships, and offering innovative insurance and investment solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Business Development:

  • Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with individuals and companies to pitch insurance and investment products.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads to meet sales targets.

Sales & Client Relationship Management:

  • Present tailored insurance products (life, health, property) and investment solutions to prospects.
  • Assist clients with documentation for policy applications, renewals, and account openings.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to strengthen relationships and identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing, confident, and highly self-motivated.
  • Ability to multitask and handle client needs professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role is an added advantage.
