Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and requirements.
- To act as a single point of contact for sales coordination between supply and customers
- Establishes and adjust selling prices by monitoring competition, currency exchange rate, supply and demand and economic indicators
- Generate timely sales report and pass to Group finance manager
- Continuous improvement in Sales volume and margins
- Continuously engage in supply planning
- Generate timely daily sales and stocks report
- Ensure depot stock losses are within the limits
- To ensure that sales and collections activities are conducted as per the set goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Follow up on payment from customers within as per company policy.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms, and conditions for both the company and the client.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Responsible for proper customer product stock levels to ensure that products are available for loading.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the petroleum or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel as needed
