SALES EXECUTIVE CHECK OFF SALARY ADVANCE LOANS

ROLE PROFILE: SALES EXCUTIVE.

You will be responsible for promoting company products and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits. You will also be responsible for the acquisition of new business within the assigned sales locations by aggressively approaching prospective customers ( COMPANIES) with the aim of winning new business and cross selling to existing customers.

Roles and responsibilities:

· Assist the sales manager in sales strategy.

· Achieve KES. 2,000,000/- target of new quality loans, achieve an 80% target repeat clients of your existing portfolio

· Meet weekly / monthly sales targets.

· Advise clients on the required documentation and feedback on expectations.

· Establish and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, staff and other partners.

· Ensure client complaint resolution.

· Ensure excellent customer service.

· Planning everything from execution to delivery

· Onboarding a minimum of 6 small private companies every month

· Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits

· Demonstrating and presenting products

· Researching markets to learn more about target markets, consumers and their competition

· Establishing new business

· Maintaining accurate records

· Negotiating contracts and packages

· Working towards monthly or annual targets

· Attending conferences and meetings

· Ensure stakeholder satisfaction

· Delivery on customer care services.

· Other tasks/projects as assigned.

Salary Expectation- Minimum of KES.30,000/- and commissions.

EXPERIENCE

Interested applicants MUST have at least 2 years experience in selling and marketing Salary Advance Checkoff loans.

A Diploma in Business Management or relevant field is a plus.
