TELESALES EXECUTIVE (NAIROBI)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
  4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote Elimutab’s products and services.
  2. Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
  3. Achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships
  4. Recording and updating customer information in the CRM system.

SKILLS:

  1. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  2. High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
  3. Good organizational and time management skills.
