TELESALES EXECUTIVE (NAIROBI)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote Elimutab’s products and services.
- Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
- Achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships
- Recording and updating customer information in the CRM system.
SKILLS:
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
