JOB DESCRIPTION
· Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable,
· Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
· Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
· Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
· Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
· Making the company’s products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
· Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
· Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
· Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
· Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
· Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
· Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
· Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
· Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business administration majoring in Marketing
· Proven experience as a sales coordinator and Good computer skills (MS Office like excel,word)
· Advanced sales and customer service skill
· Skilled in staff optimization and team development
· Should be able to ride a motor cycle.
