Job Description

To sell products in accordance with the business needs and to facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer management and to consistently portray a professional image.

  • Generates leads, builds new and maintains existing customer relationships for walk-in customers.
  • Asseses client service requirements and resolves accordingly
  • Migrates customers to digital platforms.
  • Attends to customer queries within set timelines and escalates those that cannot be resolved to relevant departments.
  • Logs all queries, complaints and Queries on Salesforce.
Qualifications
  • A bachelors degree in business, commerce or a related field
  • Must have at least two years previous sales experience from a financial institution
  • Customer understanding & the ability to analyse customer needs by engaging with them, analysing their personal financial objectives as well as their current financial position.
  • Strong product knowledge, understands  the features, benefits and pricing banking products and services across multiple customer segments.
  • Sound knowledge of the Bank’s laid down policies and procedures as it relates to the processing of customer transactions. Knowledge of the functions within the branch network
