Job Title: Sales Associate (Outbound)

JOB PURPOSE:
The Sales Associate (Outbound) role focuses on generating new business leads and driving sales growth for corporate solutions through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and Linkedin, promoting ISW Business products, qualifying sales leads for Sales Representatives, and achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and research potential customers/prospects that fit the target demographic across different corporate business segments in the market.
- Make outbound calls and emails to introduce ISW corporate business solutions and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential customers
- Utilize social media and professional networks (e.g., Linkedin) to identify and engage with potential customers
- Leverage industry events, conferences, and trade shows to connect with potential customers and generate leads
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and manage lead flow.
- Use database, CRM, and other software to track progress and stay organized.
- Use data and analytics to refine targeting and improve lead quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new customers.
- Inform management of possible product improvements and changes to ensure products meet current market needs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Perform any other Sales & Marketing related activities depending on company needs.
