We partner with nonprofits, NGOs, governments, and development organizations to enhance project effectiveness through services such as baseline and endline evaluations, feasibility studies, impact assessments, monitoring and evaluation, and specialized training in communications and business. We are seeking a talented, dynamic, driven and motivated creative Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a passion for innovation and a track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies

At Quantum, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our customers. As a member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our clients.

The Sales Associate will report to the Head of Business Development and work closely with other senior leaders to develop and execute sales plans that support Quantum Dynamics’ mission and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by engaging with nonprofits, NGOs, governments, and development organizations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with QDIC’s mission and growth objectives.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and senior leaders to refine sales approaches and meet revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in consulting or development sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, follow up on leads proactively, and close deals effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with nonprofits, NGOs, or government organizations is a plus.
