Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Trainees to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing effective sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and driving revenue growth. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that effectively engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
– Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients.
– Conduct market research to uncover trends and identify opportunities for growth.
– Be campus brand Ambassador of packaged Mandela Coffee products of the company
– Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
– Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to build connections.
– Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
– Recent Graduates, Final Year University Students pursuing bachelor’s degree in marketing, Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Bachelor of Business Administration or related field
