Role Description:
We’re searching for a Marketing and Sales Specialist who’s ready to think outside the box, drive growth, and make a meaningful impact in education. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist at Smartdarasa. The Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, training, and sales management.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing and Brand Management:
- Craft and execute marketing strategies that build the Smartdarasa brand and drive engagement.
- Lead community engagement, from social media storytelling to fostering strong connections with users and partners.
2. Sales and Partnerships:
- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on user acquisition and retention.
- Build partnerships with schools and educational institutions to expand Smartdarasa’s reach.
- Manage outreach, lead generation, and contract negotiations.
3. Customer Success and Support:
- Create user support systems to ensure a seamless experience.
- Act on user feedback to enhance platform usability.
- Develop educational resources like tutorials and webinars to help users get the most from Smartdarasa.
4. Product Development Input:
- Actively seek and incorporate user feedback into product development decisions.
- Prioritize features and functionalities based on market needs and user preferences.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing, digital marketing, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
