We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Direct Sales Officers to join our team. If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to help individuals achieve their financial goals, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Marketing: Actively promote and sell SACCO products and services, including savings accounts, loan products, and membership packages, to potential clients.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing members, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research: Identify and target potential markets and customers within the designated area, staying informed on competitor activities.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing feedback on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new products.
- Member Education: Educate potential members about the benefits of joining the SACCO and how our products and services can meet their financial needs.
- Any other duty as may be assigned
Qualifications

- Education: A diploma or degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous one-year experience in direct sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or a similar industry.
Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer and CRM systems usage.
- Knowledge of the local market and community.
