Role Overview
As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be the driving force behind marketing and selling Accounting Software. This is a field-based role requiring active engagement with business owners to understand their needs and present our software as a solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business, coupled with enthusiasm for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door and on-site visits to the market and sell Accounting Software to SMEs and business owners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify client needs, demonstrate the software’s capabilities, and explain its benefits.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals effectively.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed set targets.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve product features and customer experience.
- Represent RWK Africa in a professional and approachable manner during client interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven passion for sales and business development.
- Prior experience in sales, particularly field sales, is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with accounting software or business management solutions is a plus.
