Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and
marketing strategies to promote our cleaning services, build strong relationships with clients,
and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets
2. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
3. Promote our services through various marketing channels (social media, email marketing, etc.)
4. Conduct market research and analyze competitors
5. Develop marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
7. Meet and exceed sales targets
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
– 2+ years of sales and marketing experience
– Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of the cleaning industry (an advantage)
