Role Overview
We need a sales powerhouse who is passionate about selling, building new business relationships, and driving revenue. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing aggressive sales strategies to grow our market share across our three core business segments. This role is about results—you will be measured by how much you sell, how many new customers you onboard, and how effectively you grow existing accounts.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Growth & Business Development
- Own and execute a proactive sales strategy to increase revenue in all three segments.
- Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities locally and internationally.
- Establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers in B2B wholesale, bulk trading, and export markets.
- Drive lead generation, cold outreach, and closing of high-value deals.
Marketing Leadership & Brand Growth
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and sales conversions.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Ensure our brand is visible, relevant, and positioned as a market leader in agribusiness.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain lasting relationships with key customers.
- Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions that drive repeat business.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth post-sales processes.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team that lives and breathes selling.
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and ensure the team is hitting (or exceeding) them.
- Drive a performance-driven culture where results matter above all else.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and actionable insights for leadership.
- Continuously refine and improve sales tactics based on customer feedback and data analysis.
Qualifications & ExperienceMust-Have:
- A hunter mentality with a strong passion for sales and business growth.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, FMCG, agriculture, or international trading.
- Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales from the ground up.
Preferred:
- Experience with export markets and international sales logistics.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and digital marketing strategies.
