Sales and Marketing Manager

Duty Station: Nansana, Wakiso, Uganda

Reports to: General Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Coordinate with production and marketing teams to ensure product availability and promotional activities.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the beverage or manufacturing industry.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
