Peak Performance International is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to help us expand our innovative affiliate marketing program.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting parents, schools, and teachers.
– Create engaging promotional materials and content.
– Coordinate events, seminars, and webinars to recruit and retain affiliates.
– Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
-A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
-Experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on sales or affiliate marketing.
– Strong creativity and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Compensation
Base Gross monthly compensation sh 45,000 – 60,000
Performance Bonuses: Based on program growth, affiliate retention, and sales targets.
