Job Title: Sales and Marketing Associate
Job Location: Lavington, Nairobi
Start date: Immediately
Duties and Responsibilities
i. Be the first point of contact for customers and manage point of sales processes at the company
ii. Interact with customers through messages, social media platforms, and at the shop
iii. Maintain a fully stocked store and receive new shipments.
IV. Assist shoppers in locating the products and goods they desire
V. Perform sales duties and answer queries from shoppers
vi. Guide and advise customers on product selection
vii. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through excellent sales services
viii. Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
iX. Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
Requirements
i. Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related field
ii. 1-year experience as a salesperson in a baby shop
iii. Excellent communication skills
iv. Highly self-motivated with great interpersonal skills
V. Skilled in digital marketing will be an added advantage
