La Fang Eco Resort is seeking to hire a Sales and Digital Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be based in Kampala with frequent travels to its home Dolwe Island, in Namayingo District.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in promoting the resort’s eco-friendly ethos, driving guest bookings, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Leisure and Hospitality Management or any related field. Over 3 years proven work experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the hospitality industry. Experience with eco-tourism or an environmentally sustainable business is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in using marketing tools, Analytical skills, Creative thinking and Negotiation skills.
