Order processing and tracking, Sales team support and general admin
• Assist in processing of customer orders from the sales force and in tracking delivery of customer invoices and delivery notes; record invoices and delivery notes in DKT accounting system.
• Create and maintain an accurate and detailed order-tracking system.
• Handle sales and order inquiries from the DKT Salesforce.
• Liaise with first-line sales manager to ensure distributors submit sales and stock reports within set deadlines.
• Develop a monthly schedule in consultation with the first-line sales managers for support of the sales team for issuing samples, POSM and merchandise.
• Update the tracker for samples, merchandise and POSM issued every month.
• Coordinates and receives Sales team monthly claims for processing
• As needed, support Sales Management to track salesforce performance – including completion of route plans, effective call rate, drop size, and other KPIs.
Salesforce Reporting App/CRM
• Ensure efficient and effective handling of administrative tasks and team support – Timely update of new customer database and attending to geo-fencing requests from sales reps.
• Ensure prompt and effective response to all issues regarding team support that are raised on the respective WhatsApp group.
Key Performance Indicators:

Required Qualifications
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related discipline
• Recently completed degree studies in the last 2 years
• Exposure in a fast-paced commercial office environment is an added advantage
• Excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Proactive
• Highly effective customer service skills
