SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER- CORPORATE & LEISURE

We are looking for a vibrant and experienced individual to fill up the position of Sales Account Manager- Corporate & Leisure at Tamarind Tree Hotel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing both Leisure and Corporate Accounts to achieve long term hotel’s success.
    Visiting customer’s/competing entities as needed.
    Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Organising and hosting presentations and customer visits.
  • Maintaining the promotional and customer database.
  • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information to requesting parties.
  • Assisting with promotional activities within or outside hotel grounds.
  • Work within current business strategies and recognise potential opportunities.
  • Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments adherence to achieving that strategy.
  • Organizing and coordinating market research.
  • Achieving established departmental sales goals.
  • Assist in the monitoring and management of the hotel’s brand.
  • Communicating client requirements in a timely and accurate manner to all internal departments as required and ensuring delivery of superior guest service.
  • Excellent ability to build strong and lasting relationships, interact and influence others at all levels within and outside of the organisation.

Qualification

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration from a local or internationally recognized institution.
  • 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent ability to build strong and lasting relationships, interact and influence others at all levels within and outside of the organisation.
  • Customer service oriented with a professional, positive, lively, energetic and an outgoing personality.
