– Marketing Officer – 3+ years of experience, especially in financial services; digital marketing and communications skills; knowledge of Sharia-compliant finance.Holds a Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications;

Accountant -3+ years in accounting, proficiency in accounting software, and knowledge of Sharia-compliant finance.Qualifications: Degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA-K/ACCA preferred,

– Customer Care Assistant -3+ years in customer service, communication skills, and Sharia-compliant finance
Role: Assist members with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote services.

– Credit Officer -Role: Evaluate and process loan applications and manage loan portfolio.
Qualifications: Degree in Finance or Business Administration, credit management experience and Sharia-compliant finance knowledge.
– Credit Assistant -3 years in credit operations, and Sharia-compliant finance knowledge.
– Loan Assistant – Loans Recovery -Role: Support loan processing and maintain records. Qualifications: Diploma in Finance or Accounting,
Role: 3+ years in loan recovery or credit management, and knowledge of Sharia-compliant finance.
– Assistant ICT Officer
Role: Support ICT infrastructure.
Qualifications: Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science, 3+ years of ICT support experience, and knowledge of Sharia-compliant finance.
– BOSA Office Supervisor
Department: Banking Operations and Services
Role: Oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance.
Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration or Finance, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and knowledge of Sharia-compliant finance.
– ICT Officer
Reporting to: Manager-in-Charge of FOSA Operations
Responsibilities: Implement ICT projects, manage SLAs, resolve ICT issues, maintain system security, update disaster recovery plans, oversee maintenance schedules, and procure ICT equipment.
Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science/IT, certifications (e.g., CCNP, CEH, SSCP), 3+ years in system administration, project management, and cyber security experience.
