Job Title: Riders and Tuk-tuk Drivers
Position Overview
We are looking for dedicated Tuk-tuk Drivers to handle delivery operations within Nairobi and assigned routes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and safe deliveries while maintaining professional communication with customers and reporting to management as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver goods according to scheduled timelines and designated routes.
-Ensure timely and safe delivery of all goods.
-Adhere to NTSA regulations and company safety guidelines.
-Handle customer communications in a professional and courteous manner.
-Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Valid driving license.
-2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
-Completed high school education.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-High level of integrity in duty performance.
-Familiarity with Nairobi and its surroundings.
-Customer service experience or skills.
-Mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-Understanding of rider operations requirements, including licensing, permits, and insurance.
-Awareness of industry trends, such as the emergence of electric bikes.
