Job Requirement

·      Minimum of a diploma in technical courses relevant to county services (e.g., Accounting, Public Administration, finance, Business administration or Information Technology etc).

·      At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·      Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

·      Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Job Description

Customer Support:

·      Assist customers with inquiries regarding revenue services and processes.

·      Provide information about fees, charges, and payment options.

·      Accurately input revenue-related data into the financial management system.

·      Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

·      Process and file documents related to revenue collection, including receipts and payment confirmations.

·      Ensure all documentation is compliant with relevant policies and procedures.

·      Assist in monitoring compliance with revenue collection policies and regulations.

·      Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data.

·      Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue collection metrics.

·      Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

·      Work closely with other team members and departments to streamline revenue processes.

·      Participate in training and development activities to enhance service delivery.
