RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose

  1. Carry out market research and analysis to establish trends and explore opportunities and initiatives to meet the set volume and gross profit targets set for the Assigned Region.
  2. Conduct an accurate price survey for retail & commercial businesses.
  3. Plan, coordinate and implement business activities for all Assigned retail stations to achieve the set targets.
  4. Ensure zero damping of products by Dealers by carrying out continuous checks through spot visits and stock monitoring.
  5. Grow and maintain profitable Non-Fuel Income Businesses at stations in the Assigned Region stations.
  6. Develop, groom, empower and maintain an efficient and customer-oriented team of dealers, station managers and staff within the region.
  7. Maintain key customer relationships in the Assigned MOGAS stations including independents.
  8. Prepare reports relating to the sales performance of the Assigned MOGAS stations and independents.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any sales related course.
  2. At least 2 years experience in a marketing or sales field.
  3. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  4. Handle multiple tasks & deadlines with a proactive approach
  5. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  6. Good problem-solving skills and professional scepticism.
  7. Experience in the oil and gas sector is an added advantage.
