Mission
l Drive sales of duty-free items and improve customer experience
l Meet and exceed individual sales targets set by the manager
l Cross-selling and up-selling of items
l Display professionalism and courtesy towards customers at all times.
l Proper receiving and documentation of items in the warehouses
l Ensure zero expiries of products while implementing FIFO policies
l Timely shelf replenishment from the Duty-Free Warehouses
l Proper documentation of sales, inventory, and strict monitoring of products expiry and stock level
l Maintaining a clean and orderly arrangement of the shop and the warehouse
Profile
l Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
l Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field
l Proficient in Microsoft Office.
l Strong people and process management skills.
l Excellent Communication skill, verbal and written.
l Excellent skills at developing concepts and ensuring documentation
