RESTAURANT MANAGER & SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 20-30 staff members, focusing on training. scheduling, and performance management.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintaining smooth service and consistently upholding our high standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through networking, sales initiatives, and creative promotions.
  • Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests, handling feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences and coordinate activities.
  • Manage inventory and procurement to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare monthly timetables and staff schedules.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related fied is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Micros or similar.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Proven experience in sales, networking, and business development.
  • Mature, poised, and adept at handling challenging situations with tact.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality industry standards, regulations, and health protocols.
