Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 20-30 staff members, focusing on training. scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee daily operations, maintaining smooth service and consistently upholding our high standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through networking, sales initiatives, and creative promotions.
- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests, handling feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences and coordinate activities.
- Manage inventory and procurement to keep operations running smoothly.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare monthly timetables and staff schedules.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related fied is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Micros or similar.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Proven experience in sales, networking, and business development.
- Mature, poised, and adept at handling challenging situations with tact.
