Position: Response Services Manager
The Response Services Manager leads and manages the response services team to ensure prompt, efficient, and professional security responses to emergencies. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and oversight of security operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, optimize client satisfaction, and align with business objectives.
Key Performance Areas:
i. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the security response team effectively.
ii. Rapid Response: Ensure timely and effective emergency response deployment.
ii. Operaitions Management: Oversee security operations, ensuring compliance with protocols.
iv. Business Continuity: Develop and review emergency response plans for preparedness.
v. Incident Command: Lead decision-making and coordination during security incidents.
vi. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
vii. Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
viii. Training & Performance: Ensure continuous training and performance evaluation.
Experience & Personal Specifications
• Minimum of (3) years of experience in security or emergency response, with at least (1) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in managing a security team in a fast-paced, emergency environment.
Skills & Abilities
• Ability to lead and manage a security response team, ensuring operational effectiveness.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions during high-pressure security incidents.
• Ability to coordinate and execute security operations while ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
• Ability to develop and implement effective emergency response and business continuity plans.
• Ability to assess risks and solve problems, mitigating security threats during operations.
Ability to manage budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of financial and operational assets.
• Ability to deliver training and development programs, enhancing team skills through drills and evaluations.
Minimum qualification
Education: Diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant security certifications, incident management, and first aid
- Must be below 45 years of age.
