Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer at Oljabet Hospital in Laikipia County, Kenya. The Resident Medical Officer will be responsible for patient care, outpatient clerkship, inpatient care, performing basic surgeries and assisting in major surgeries. Day-to-day tasks include providing medical care, collaborating with the medical team, and supporting the healthcare needs of patients in a hospital setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery
- Registered and Licensed by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
- Excellent Clinical Skills
- Experience in Surgical Procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Management/ Administrative Skills
