Position: Reservation Manager
Location: Matemwe, Zanzibar
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
o Oversee reservations across all three properties, ensuring smooth communication and optimal occupancy.
o Manage booking systems, monitor availability, and maximize revenue opportunities.
o Coordinate with the front office, marketing, and management teams for seamless guest experiences.
o Respond promptly to inquiries from direct bookings, travel agencies, and online platforms.
o Analyse reservation trends to implement effective strategies.
Requirements:
o Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office management, preferably in boutique or multi-property settings.
o Strong organizational and communication skills.
o Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., PMS software) and OTA platforms.
o Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
o A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and attention to detail.
