  5. Multitasking: Handling inquiries, managing bookings, and resolving issues simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • At Minimum a diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Opera/RESERVE will be an asset.
